Q: Why did you build Planning Unlocked?
A: Because we kept meeting talented planners who had never been taught the fundamentals — and were paying the price for it every day. Great planning practice exists, but it isn't being shared. We decided to change that.
Q: Who is this for?
A: Primarily practitioners — planning managers, demand planners, S&OP facilitators, and supply planners who want to go deeper. Also L&D teams who want structured programmes for their planning functions.
Q: What makes your approach different?
A: No generic supply chain theory. No slideshows padded with frameworks you already know. We teach the things that actually make a difference in a real review room — from real experience.
